Natella Aharonyan is an honors graduate of the Tchaikovsky School of Music, a special school for talented students in the former USSR . Ms. Aharonyan earned her Master's Degree in piano performance and education from the Komitas Conservatory of Music. After graduation Ms. Aharonian served as accompanist at the Tchaikovsky School and the Komitas Conservatory. She later joined the piano faculty at both schools and in her 35 years of tenure produced a great number of successful piano performers and teachers.

Her students have won many nationwide and international competitions, including the Khachaturian and Babadjanian International Competitions.
