Ms. Anna Alikhanov graduated from the Tchaikovsky Music School in
the former USSR in 1987 with an emphasis on classical piano, music history,
and music theory. She then studied at the Yerevan State Conservatory
where she received her MA, Master of Art, in classical piano education,
as a collaborative piano and concertmaster, and as a
chamber ensemble soloist.
After graduation, Ms. Alikhanov worked at the Yerevan Music School
#10 and at the Yerevan State Conservatory until 1994. She then moved
and taught piano at the Tel Aviv Music School in Tel Aviv, Israel. In 1997,
she moved to the United States and continued teaching piano.
Ms. Alikhanov has 20 years teaching experience to students of all levels.
She is a dedicated teacher who gives specialized attention and care to
the individual differences in her student
