Anna Papikyan is a graduate of the Tchaikovsky School of Music, a special school for talented music students in the former USSR . She later attended Komitas Conservatory of Music where she received her Master of Music in Violin Performance and Education.
Shortly after graduation Ms. Papikyan was accepted as a member of the National Radio Symphony Orchestra and National Opera, and later as a member of the Russian Chamber Orchestra.
Since 1991 Ms. Papikyan has lived in the United States where she continues her career in violin performance and instruction. She is a member of Downey , West Hollywood and Brentwood/Westwood Symphony Orchestras. Ms. Papikyan also teaches violin privately and has sixteen years of teaching experience.
