Dr. Zara Mirzoyan graduated from Tchaikovsky School of Music in the
former USSR in 1970 in piano performance. She then continued her studies
at Yerevan Conservatory where she received her Masters in music in 1975.
She received an Honors Diploma as a concert soloist, instructor,
accompanist, and teacher.
In 1978 Dr. Mirzoyan received her Doctorate studying under the
renowned professors of Moscow State Conservatory Bella Davidovich
and Lev Naumov.
Dr. Mirzoyan has taught piano at the Yerevan Conservatory as a professor
of piano from 1978 to 1995. She has performed on radio and nationwide
solo concerts and chamber music around the world. Her vast knowledge
and experience has always influenced her students who now are
teaching at top European universities.
