Anait Djhagetspanyan is a graduate of the Tchaikovsky School of Music, a special school for talented students in the former USSR . She continued her music studies in Canada , at the Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo , Ontario and the University of British Columbia in Vancouver .

After moving to the Unites States Ms. Djhagetspanyan earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in piano performance from the University of Southern California (USC). Her teachers include Mark Westcott, Gail Niwa, and Ann Perry. Ms. Djhagetspanyan has performed in numerous recitals and competitions in Canada , the United States , and the former USSR .
