Founded in December 2002, Tchaikovsky School of Music provides a nurturing environment, where students of all ages and abilities can receive the best musical education, cultivate their talents and develop their full potential. Tchaikovsky School of Music is dedicated to the highest levels of excellence in teaching and performance. We consistently work on maintaining the honorable title of a Premier music school in Southern California. We offer one-on-one lessons in piano, violin, viola, cello, guitar, flute, saxophone, oboe and clarinet. Our group lessons include music theory, music history, violin ensemble, quartet and trio, as well as music composition and history of music. Regular performances are held at the school’s concert hall to prepare students for solo performances, nationwide competitions and contests as they continue to progress and advance.

Tchaikovsky Music School is dedicated to educating and cultivating gifted and talented students for careers in music performance and composition. We hold a high standard for our teachers who have graduated from the best Russian, European and American universities including the renowned Julliard School of Music. Our teachers, who are distinguished musicians, possess creative spirit and discipline. Their mission is to ensure that our students receive the most well-rounded and best musical education possible.

About Tchaikovsky Name

Petr Il'ich Chaikovskiy; often "Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky" in English. His names are also transliterated "Piotr" or "Petr"; "Ilitsch", "Il'ich" or "Illyich"; and "Tschaikowski", "Tschaikowsky", "Chikovsky", "Chikofsky", "Chaykovsky", "Tchaykovsky", "Chaykovskiy", "Chajkovskij", and "Chaikovsky" (and other versions; the transliteration varies among languages). The Library of Congress standardized the usage Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky.

Over the centuries, top instrument makers in these countries produced amazing string instruments, which can be found at our violin shop located inside the music school. The shop provides rentals and sales of rare and contemporary string instruments and bows. We also offer string instrument repair services by an award winning repair crew.
